We accept change-of-mind returns and size exchanges requested within one month of receiving your order.
Item condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and no wear, tear, or damage. Please keep the original packaging where possible.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the return instructions and address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Size exchanges
Tell us the product, colour, current size, and requested size. Exchanges are subject to available stock. We will confirm the next steps by email.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photos so we can help. The change-of-mind conditions above do not limit your applicable consumer rights.
