Size Guide
Find The Fit That Supports Your Training
Use this guide as a practical starting point for Regal Fitwear activewear. Product-specific fit notes should always be checked before purchase.
How To Measure
Use a soft measuring tape and measure close to the body without pulling tight. Keep the tape level and compare your measurements with the product notes.
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of the chest
- Waist: measure around the natural waistline
- Hips: measure around the fullest part of the hips
- Inseam: measure from crotch to ankle for leggings or pants
Fit Types
Different training pieces are designed to feel different on the body. Compression products should feel supportive, while regular fit products should allow easy movement.
- Compression: close, supportive fit for training
- Slim fit: shaped but not restrictive
- Regular fit: balanced comfort and movement
- Relaxed fit: easier everyday silhouette
